{i know i am soo behind - but i am catching up on all the posts i wanted to do!}

I crocheted this slouch hat with a flower on the back for my friend Ileta, bummer it was too big for her head but i LOVED the pattern. I will have to add it soon :) 

 This little crafty is self explanatory. simple and cute.

 I crocheted a forever scarf for my Maui Mama before she was going to Illinois in winter! 

{tradition - every christmas my nanny and aunt vicki would make peanut butter balls and coconut balls, my FAVorite were the peanut butter. AH. so to have a piece of them in my christmas away, i decided to make them myself. they were delicious. ) the recipie i found to do this by myself picture by picture is here.

cousins marcus and wife cousin stacie were in SD, we got to see their beautiful faces and play a crazy fun game of quiddler? FUN! short visit, but oh so sweet. chris met stacie for the first time!

Chicken Parmesan Marinara Dish.

cook the pasta with a dash of oil, salt and pepper.

cook the chicken in the skillet with salt, pepper, garlic salt, oregano, basil, oil.

towards the end of cooking the chicken - add marinara sauce, bring to boil - then to a simmer.

dish up - sprinkle with parmesan and toss...top with pepper and more herbs.

serve with a salad and fruit and it's a well balanced meal!

I didn't add ALL the asked for cream cheese amount for the top...it was Luscious, moist, delish.

having a phone when you don't have a camera with you is just super handy some days..

PIZZA night!!

FIRST home-made pizza EVER! 

recipe for the dough here...

the sauce was ragu home-made style pizza sauce - i sprinkled cheese over the sauce, then added pepperoni, then more sprinkled cheese, then salt, pepper, italian seasoning, garlic salt, red pepper flakes. YUM!

*the only thing i would do different - make a little less dough and make it on my pizza stone for an even crust heating. the dough from being baked on the pan was more soft.

YAY for trying new things :) PERFECT for sunday night football :)

Pupus and Dessert :) SUuper fast, easy and delicious.

Pupu (appetizer.)

Slice baguette, baste with oil

slice cucumber and cantaloupe while baguettes bake for 10min at 350.

spread baguette with cream cheese (or goat cheese)

top with cucumber and cantaloupe. ENJOY! 

 Oreo Covered Brownies

Take brownie mix from a box - mix as directed

Dip oreo in batter and place in cupcake pan - drizzle more batter till it fills 2/3.

bake - and enjoy!! SUUPER delish.
