busy lady :) ...a lil update.

today i have off, ahh it feels blissful. lately chris and I have been so busy with work, i was so concerned with our finances that i jumped into a second job without doing the proper amount of research...totally wasn't fond of it since day one. So...today - after a rather awkward and interesting day yesterday - i put in my two weeks. i will be looking for another second part time job preferably in a studio or doing something that involves making a difference. hopefully things just kind of fall into place. working in the mall with the christmas music playing already has me getting all frazzled about all I have to do before my visit home! eeek! hoping to deck out the house with several home-made/recycled things and to make several gifts home-made. my vintage inspired photo shoot had to be rescheduled this last week...so hoping to have it in the next few weeks :) after working this second job - it made me realize how actually done with coffee I am, and how i am grateful for my job at Anthropologie - how amazing the management and co-workers are :) I had the best conversation with my bestie the other day - i miss her terribly. my husband is just so amazing and supportive and loving. the both told me i needed to get out of the job now. ahh - i just wish i could have everything i want right here and now. oh life. so...this next week starts another more in depth search, with details and questions and prayers. so...1 Peter 5:7. i can't wait to be home with my family this december. i am so happy the in-laws are visiting in january! the next few months hold some very happy moments for us. so i am trying to not let this second job thing bum me out, and just realize that it's for the best. this life here in san diego is a fresh start for chris and i. we have to make friends, a family, get grounded and settled, with a second car and a two bedroom place and then my dream job may begin :) i will just keep dreaming :) just loving this day off. i slept in, watched my shows, and am about to take a shower and crochet while watching a movie with coffee and eggnog creamer. loving life. can't wait till my prince comes home :)
